      Comments about Clover U Cable Stitch Holder (3Pc Set):

      I've used the short cable needle and the straight one with the little bend in the middle and they both can get in the way. This U shaped cable stitch holder is much easier to use. Also nice to have 3 sizes in the pack so there'd the right size for whatever weight yarn I'm using.

      Comments about Clover U Cable Stitch Holder (3Pc Set):

      These are light, inexpensive, and will not easily slide out of your cable stitches.

      I have not had a problem, but the plastic material could break if subject to excess force (like being stepped on!)

      Metal cable needles are tougher, but I find them hard to work with.

      Just treat these more like wooden needles, and you shouldn't have a problem;
      (Just maybe don't toss them into a knitting bag...)

      mine have lasted for years.
      This company makes good knitting tools.
