I chose this yarn for its color and washability for a pair of socks. While it knits to gauge and has a nice texture, it splits way too easily especially on US 3 needles and twists easily. It needs to have a tighter ply to work well for me as a sock yarn. As the knitted item I am making is for me and not for a gift, I will use it for that purpose, but will probably not be buying it again.
