I purchased this yarn because it was one of the only worsted yarns I could find in the color I wanted. The color is exactly what I expected from the picture. It knits up well, but there are some sections of yarn that are a little thicker than others. Although, it doesn't seem that you can see the differences after it's knitted. Also, maybe it's something with the way I knit, but the yarn twists as I'm working. I have to keep stopping to untwist. Luckily, I'm working on circular needs, so I can just hold the yarn ball in the air & let it unwind on its own. But, it's still a nuisance.

I have made afghans with this yarn as wedding and Christmas gifts. The only dislike if any was the thick and thin structure of the yarn and that it knitted like a bulky yrn.

Comments about Brown Sheep Lamb's Pride Worsted:

Decided to learn Navajo-style weaving. Instructor recommended, actually insisted that I use Brown Sheep Lamb's Pride yarn in several different colors. So far it is very easy to use and has a great look. I love the selection of colors and although my first piece is very small on my tiny loom, it's fun to do and easy with this yarn. And, it arrived fast!

I am knitting a two-color scarf. The mohair fibers soften the pattern appearance. It's neither pro nor con, but may affect the appearance of your finished product.
