I am using Duchess to make a large sweater, Mahonia from Rowan. It is a cabled project and the stitch definition is outstanding. It also knits as a true bulky, unlike many yarns that are just poofy but called bulky. It is not as soft as I expected, but still soft enough to be worn next to skin. For me, this yarn is very fast and in short time I've gone through 4 balls!

I'd like to give this yarn 3.5 stars. The finished product was nice, soft, and had good stitch definition as mentioned below. Great value at this sale price. But I didn't love working with it; it felt heavy and did not fly off the needles by any means.

I used this to make a pair of Bella Mittens. The cable stitch definition was beautiful plus they are soft, but substantial and warm.

I knit a beautiful scarf with this truly bulky weight yarn and it is very soft. The stitch definition is fantastic and the yarn holds its shape very well. The color is beautiful -- top turquoise and I would recommend this yarn to anyone. I would definitely use it again for a sweater or something. Very nice yarn.
