I got this on closeout for very little...considering the price, it knit up lovely and glided off the needles, lots of bounce, but yes, some skeins had knots.

I really like this yarn, but I agree with the other reviewer that the balls come short of what they advertise. On most of them, I found that several yards were cut off and wadded up in a nasty little ball and shoved inside. Very disappointing. I ended up losing quite a bit after going through about 15 balls for my project.

I bought this yarn in order to make a shawl/wrap for my mom for Christmas. After figuring out how many sq. in. I could get from a skein I did the math and ordered what should have been enough yarn. A week before Christmas I ran out of yarn with a sleeve and a half to go. After getting a yarn meter for Christmas I measured one of the skeins I had left over from the second shipment and it was 91 rather than 115 yards, a vast difference in my opinion! Many of the skeins also had a knot in them so defiantly order extra!
