Lovely and soft to work with. Occasional "untwisted" spots of fluff.

Comments about Valley Yarns Sheffield:
From the start liked using this yarn! I am knitting a baby blanket for my great-nephew in the color blue. It is a lovely color of blue, close to "seafoam" but still a good blue for a blanket that I hope will be considered an heirloom. Great stitch defnintion. I think it would make lovely garments as well. If I have any left I will use it for a knitted cap.

I just love this yarn, it is soft & cuddly, wonderful stitch definition, nice halo but doesn't shed. I love any yarn with angora, this is a yarn angora lovers MUST have....or any knitter who loves soft yarn.
The colors are also beautiful.

Comments about Valley Yarns Sheffield:
This yarn is a wonderful mix of luxury component fibres that give it softness, elasticity, a low sheen and a lovely soft halo. Great value for money. I am very impressed with Valley Yarns. Unavailable in Australia, thank goodness for the internet!!
Comments about Valley Yarns Sheffield:
This yarn creates a beautiful lightweight fabric that looks great knitted and crocheted! and even better, it grows even more beautiful once it's blocked. I must have more!
Comments about Valley Yarns Sheffield:
For having silk in the blend it is not as drapey as I expected, but it is very soft, tightly wound - bouncy yarn great for cables and patterned stitches. Very good basic all around yarn nice to touch and easy to knit with, no splitting and rips out well too.
Comments about Valley Yarns Sheffield:
This yarn is wonderful. It's extremely cushy, and knits up beautifully on size 8 (5.00 mm) needles. I made a pullover from this, and it feels like a warm hug whenever I wear it. One note of caution: 15% agora might not sound like much, but after a little wear, it does shed significantly. Not recommended for anything that will get much abrasion. Wonderful and 5-star-worthy nonetheless.
Comments about Valley Yarns Sheffield:
I used this yarn to knit vintage capelet with lace detail, and it turned out beautifully! especially after blocking. I'm only giving it 4 stars because in 4/4 skeins, there was one knot. every time i came to the middle, it was like clockwork and there would be a knot.. oh well.. I still love this yarn!
Comments about Valley Yarns Sheffield:
I recently knit a shawlette which included a lace panel along with stockinette stitch, to give as a gift to a very good friend on a milestone birthday. When she picked it up, she asked me if it was cashmere! This yarn is lovely to work with, it's soft against skin, feels luxurous and has just the right amount of haze. I am going to be purchasing more!
