Although I found this yarn difficult to wind at first, I soon learned to unravel the hank in a circle. The sheen and drape are wonderful, and it is incredibly soft.

This is the nicest yarn I've used. It has a beautiful sheen, soft to touch, & knits beautifully while retaining it's shape. I would definitely buy it again and again. I had no problem winding this yarn. Don't know what you were doing wrong. This is definitely 1 of my favorites.

This is a wonderful yarn to touch and knit with. It took 2 1/2 skeins to knit up a nice wide cowl that doubles around your neck. And the price is great too!

This yarn is beautiful, it knits up wonderfully. I have made many things in a variety of colors. The pervious review was off, it should not be put on a winder but rather done by hand after all it is 30% slk. Also it doesn't dry your hands like some yarns.

I have never before complained about winding yarn, understand the limitations of trying to ship stuff. but this is just so difficult to wind, and it is so not user-friendly! The yarn is gorgeous to the touch, but I am really working hard to wind this stuff - and I am using a swift and a winder!
