    Elsebeth Lavold Tweedy Wool

Elsebeth Lavold's Tweedy Wool is a worsted weight yarn in classic solid colors flecked with multicolored tweed. Smooth, durable Highland wool has just a touch of viscose and acrylic to keep it looking great over time. Tweedy Wool has two plies and is so soft and squishy, you'll love to knit or crochet it into fun accessories and stylish sweaters. Made in Peru.

Soft but a little splitty. The color Moss(green) was too gray.

Comments about Elsebeth Lavold Tweedy Wool:

I wanted two complimentary shades of tweed yarn for a two-tone vest. After looking at other websites, as well as at my local yarn shop, and having no luck, I was delighted to discover this yarn at WEBS. I used two colors, the charcoal and the winter white, and they are perfect together.

The yarn is very pretty, it knits up easily, and there wasn't a single knot in any of my seven balls! Who could ask for more? I definitely recommend this yarn.
