Give a WEBS Gift Card!
When choosing the right gift is difficult, consider a WEBS Gift Card. Your gift recipient will have the joy of choosing their own perfect gift -- and appreciating it fully when it arrives! Gift cards are available in any denomination. If you do not see the denomination that you need, select the amounts below that add up to the desired amount. Then in the Special Instructions field during checkout, describe the amount the gift card should be made out for.

Gift cards are usually mailed the same day. There is no shipping charge for gift cards if you use Standard Shipping. If you need expedited shipping, contact Customer Service. By placing the order over the phone, we are able to provide an estimated shipping cost for your order and insure that it is processed promptly by the shipping group using the expedited method of your choice.

To redeem your gift card on-line, simply put the gift card number, Authorization number from the back of the card, and value in the Special Instructions field during the checkout process and we will apply the balance to your order. WEBS Gift Cards can also be used in the store or over the phone.

        I ordered a gift card today for a friend. We know that WEBS aims to please and to not recommend a gift card is a bit odd. While we may not want to contact Customer Service all the time - that's what they are for - to help you with a question. Also, on the back of the gift card are some basic instructions on how to use the gift card online. A gift card lets someone pick out what they want, helps them purchase something special and takes the guessing out of what to get someone. That can't be all bad.

            Comments about WEBS Gift Cards:

            These gift cards must be snail-mailed, so you have to pay for postage and allow time for delivery. Not very convenient. It makes no sense to have to snail mail something that is ordered online and then used online!!

            I wish there was an "electronic gift card" option where you could send the gift via email, so the recipient can receive it and use it right away.

              These gift cards are great! I tell everyone who doesn't know what to get me about WEBS gift cards. I'm not sure why others are having trouble using them, just enter the information from the card when you place your online order, and the amount comes off your total. It couldn't be easier! And I get to pick exactly what yarn and colors I want.
