HiKoo Tom & Ethel Socks

The Tom & Ethel Socks, named after the designer’s parents, is a toe-up sock pattern in two sizes. The 6 row slip-stitch pattern in two colours resembles a row of saw teeth. Four skeins of HiKoo CoBaSi by Skacel will make two pairs of socks, one in each size. If you plan to make only one pair, you may made need more than two skeins for the larger size. The socks are knit toe-up using a Turkish cast-on, or Judy Becker’s Magic Cast-on and is knit with a circular needle although practiced knitters can adapt the pattern to two circulars or four needles.
