Photographing Your Fiber, FOs and Everything Else with Gale Zucker
Do you wish your images came out better? This hands-on digital photography class will give you camera confidence and improve your photo skills. We’ll concentrate on yarn, fiber, and handmade objects as well as capturing the world around you. The class will be taught as a combination of slide talk, demonstration and plenty of hands-on action, photographing with natural light. We'll cover basic concepts, including camera use techniques, tricks to photograph fiber & texture, choosing backgrounds, simple light tips and color.
Meeting over three sessions, you will photograph assignments that we’ll review together, and offer feedback to specifically solve your photo problems. Learn how to use photography to really tell the story of your craft, and let your photos sing! Skill Level: All Dates: Thursdays, 5/16, 5/30, 6/6 Time: 5:30pm - 8pm Materials Required:
Your digital camera (A DSLR isn’t necessary; point-and-shoot cameras are welcome.)

This class includes photo editing & processing using free online software, to put the finishing touch on your photos.
