This is the recommended yarn for Debbie Bliss' "Spanish Dress" from "Design it, knit it, babies". It looks beautiful when done, but twists while working and the yarn splits. Probaly not the best for a new knitter or crocheter.

I love this organic yarn. For a cotton fiber, it has a surprising amount of elasticity, and I feel good using it for baby clothes, knowing that it's pesticide-free. The strands are not tightly woven, but that didn't bother me. The colors are beautiful, the texture soft.

If you want a high quality organic yarn with a nice selection of bright colors, this is the yarn for you. Most organic yarns of this weight are drab at best but these colors are soft, yet rich. I have just finished my first baby sweater with this yarn and it turned out nicely. My only complaint about this yarn is that it tends to split, but this was far outweighed by the color selection. I will definitely use it again!
