Comments about Ella Rae Latte:
...I think Tic was referring to the fiber analysis that found this yarn to be 69% acrylic and 31% wool. http://www.cascadeyarns.com/milkproteinfiber.asp It makes me wonder if the bamboo yarn I'm using for my current project is legit.

I'm obsessed w/hats-so i made 4. The are warm, soft and not ichy at all. They do stretch, but hats are easy to handwash and re-block.

Comments about Ella Rae Latte:
I really like this yarn, but it is not for everyone or every use. It is single ply, and so it will split if you don't watch it, and it pills a little when knit up, but considering the softness, quite tolerable. It has much better stitch definition than I thought it would. It is so soft, but elasticity is good to knit with; colors amazing. BTW, milk protein is casein and is a natural fiber in this yarn; microfiber is a synthetic--cf. other reviewer.

Comments about Ella Rae Latte:
This yarn makes beautiful infinity scarves that are warm and feel good against the skin. Because it comes in so many colors I am able to make them in great college colors for students and fans.
Love the combination of milk yarn, alpaca and microfiber.

Comments about Ella Rae Latte:
I bought this yarn because the colors were really great and I love single ply yarn also as a skein it felt wonderfully soft but when I went to knit with it it had a funny unpleasantly plastic feel. I googled "milk fiber" and found out that it is just acrylic and I couldn't find out what "Microfibre" is.
I did a burn test and this yarn FLAMES and then you are left with that little black plastic end. No good I don't want this next to my skin.

Comments about Ella Rae Latte:
This may be the softest yarn I've ever knitted. It has really clear, saturated colors and works up very easily. Because it is a single it does have a tendency to split if one isn't careful. I've made a two color stranded knit hat with this and it has enough give to work well.
