This is my first time using this yarn for crochet, I wished I had found it earlier. Single ply lace yarns are not easy to come by, crocheting also seems to have much fewer comments than knitting and/or weaving. My experience with the Praire turned out really well though i was initially surprised by the colour ways being different from expectation. That likely is a matter of monitor screen colour display. May be I will post a picture of the finish product later.

i am a weaver and i am always looking for lace weight yarn that comes in a skein with some decent yardage...i need a lot! this is so affordable and elegant and there are roughly 800 yrds in a skein. you can make a beautiful shawl sized garment with just one skein and the color alone allows you to use a simple pattern and have it look fancy. i have loved everything i have bought. not to be missed. spectacular vibrancy of color!

This yarn offers us a generous yardage and that expands our choice what we can knit using just one skein. The colors are beautiful and yarn is soft to knit with. You can't ask for more.

I bought the Turquoise which is a beautiful rich green/blue. The yarn is soft yet strong,great yardage too. I made a large Oyster Bay shawl with it and would definitely buy more Prairie. Just have to decide what color, so many to choose from!

I can't get enough of this yarn. The colors are intensely saturated and beautiful, and it's very soft and easy to work with. Great stitch definition - this has become my absolute favorite.
