Snuggle in the shadows in tihs fun, easy-to-knit shawl!  Knit side-to-side using only one color per row, this shawl uses shadow knitting techniques to create chevron stripes.  Picot edging and garter stitch border along the neck edge are knit in as you go -- when you're done, you're done!  Block and enjoy watching the chevron shadow pattern appear and disappear as you wear this cosy wrap.  Level: Intermediate.

Size: After blocking, shawl measures approximately 31" deep.  Top width measures approximately 74".

Materials: US 7 24" circular needle, two stitch markers.

Yarn: Shelridge Farm Ultra fingering weight 100% wool - MC, 150g and Shelridge Ultra Handpaint fingering weight 100% wool, 200g.

Gauge: With US 7 needle, 20 sts, 34 rows = 4".  Yarn is knit at a looser gauge than normal so shawl will drape nicely.
