Love the way this yarn feels, but the color of the natural gray (8018) is hardly gray, but more of a beige or a taupe with barely a hint of gray.

When knit at recommended gauge, seriously stretches when washed so be wary. Wash aggressively block your swatch and knit to it. Then block finished garment to size. (Knit to fit does NOT work with this yarn.) Otherwise, a really nice yarn.

On my monitor, the yarn in coffee is not the true color. There are no warm golden tones. I love the actual dark brown ashy color a lot better, for my project it has a classier appeal. Worked 7 skeins of this yarn without encountering a single slub or knot. There was the occasional bit of straw. I worked double strands of yarn into a heavily cabled hooded car coat. The cable definition is incredible and springy, I thoroughly enjoyed working with this yarn and hated having to put it down.

This yarn is wonderful. The weight is perfect for natural looking sweaters. There is a lot of spring and loft to the finished fabric and the color is perfectly imperfect for a rustic look. It makes a simple raglan sweater in natural look like a real shetland sweater. I will be using this yarn again often.

This yarn is my favorite yarn to work with! It's the perfect weight so my finished items aren't too bulky, but don't take forever to finish. I love this stuff!!
