When I first opened the box, I was a tad disappointed--but after knitting swatches and picking patterns, this is really fun!! I would not have ordered Ole' Ole', but now I really like it and may order more. I got 2 wools and 3 cottons, and have plans for all; Christmas, here I come!

I ordered the (10 bags Standard) grab bags and I didn't realize that I could put any preferences, however the selection that I recieved was great! I saved $118.00 overall and I feel I got some great yarn for so many projects!! Will definately purchase again!

I recently ordered the Supreme Grab Bag. I respectfully specified certain two colors, yarn weight preferences and yarn content. They were all honored. Eighty (80) percent of the Supreme Bag was of such high quality. Twenty (20) percent was a filler yet still met the specifications I had requested. Quite a suprise, if you have a lot of projects to fill, it is the way to go, because of the high cost of fiber. Well done, Webs, we love you in Nevada!

So I ordered this on a whim, and just crossed my fingers. I was quite pleased to see what arrived, as I think I was anticipating the worst. There was a nice mix of fibers and weights, and nice colors (I had imagined receiving the unsellable). I also looked up pricing and was pleased to see that I saved $37.51 on the yarn overall. My only criticism is like the customer below (A mixed bag) I was hoping for a bit richer mix of yarns. Prices/skein ranged from $2.59-$3.49, and I had hoped to receive some surprise pricey yarns. Overall, I was pleased and would recommend others give this a try.

I have to give WEBS credit for matching all of my requests, since I had some pretty specific ones (eg. no angora or mohair due to allergies). They get an "A" in that respect. That being said, they sent me some very mediocre yarns. I guess I expected better -- I've found several high quality yarns from WEBS closeouts over the years, and I am a little disappointed with what they gave me. (From the comments I've read on Ravelry and from my own observations, there's a reason some of these yarns are closeouts: knots, scratchy texture, tendency to pill or split, etc.) Call me a fiber snob, but if I ever get another grab bag, I will probably spring for the fancier one.

Just got my standard grab bag today (10 bags of 10 each) and am thrilled with what I got! WEBS matched my requests almost to a tee, and the brands were some of my favorites (Nashua, Lily Chin, Gedifra, etc.). Great quality, great price, and excellent service! I'll be buying more of these for sure!!
