Comments about Kraemer Sterling Silk & Silver:
Good yarn for the pattern I used which knit TBL and had cables all over. The pattern was a bit fiddly and I had to rip out several times. The yarn held its shape and did not fray even after a year of dragging it all over the world!

Comments about Kraemer Sterling Silk & Silver:
I made a gift shrug with this yarn for someone who likes a little glitter. I really liked the glistening thread running through the yarn, and appreciated that it wasn't so prominent that the resulting garment would look silly when worn with casual outfits. I would definitely recommend this yarn for projects requiring subtle glitter The only reason I've rated it four stars vs. five is that, aside from the glitter, it is pretty "standard", one of many good yarns I've used but not a standout favorite.

Comments about Kraemer Sterling Silk & Silver:
Works up beautifully. My favorite use is for fingerless mitts and scarf. Pattern at Kraemer site. Have given this many times and always makes a beautiful gift. I've done this in every color. Only wish more colors were available.

Comments about Kraemer Sterling Silk & Silver:
This yarn is beautiful-looking. The silver threads are quite nice and the yarn is a good weight, very versatile. But the 'feel' of the yarn is my only negative: not as soft as i would like for a sweater or other next-to-skin items.

Comments about Kraemer Sterling Silk & Silver:
I bought a skein of this yarn on a whim to use for a cape-style shawl for my sister. It is a complete pleasure to work with! It feel soft, glides over the needles so easily, and beautiful!
I love the silver threads that are shot throughout the yarn. They are very, very fine, yet glimmer easily in the light. I'll certainly purchase more!!

Comments about Kraemer Sterling Silk & Silver:
I'm making a really cute open knit cape for my sister, that will tie at the neck with a wide ribbon. This yarn is so easy to work with, so soft, and the silver is the finest strand I've ever seen! I bought an extra skein just because!
