I'm a German sock yarn addict...so the only thing that keeps Plymouth Sockin Sox from being my favorite is German sock yarn. The softness, stitch definition in crochet, and lovely color patterning were a pleasant surprise for the price...and they feel great on the foot and wash up a treat. I work them in a B hook or smaller.

I bought color 001 to make socks for my husband. Had never used it before. I will definitely use it again. Very soft! He's tried them on and agrees they are extremely comfortable. I made one pair with one ball of yarn and price makes it a great value!

think this sock yarn is sockin great. the bamboo does make is softer, the nylon gives it strength, and the wool is good quality with great stretch. color 003 is just beautiful.

I really thought that since this yarn had bamboo in it that it would be softer than regular sock yarn but I can't even get through knitting one sock because the feeling of the yarn bothers my hands. Maybe if they increased the amount of bamboo in it, it might be better.
