One of my favorite sweaters is knit from this yarn. It is a bit rough when knitting, but becomes much softer after washing. Pilling has been minimal. It also felts very nicely.

This yarn comes in colors that are incredibly vibrant. Many are "tweedy" in that they are comprised of several different colors. I have used Highland for weaving and the result after fulling was blanket-weight, soft, and beautifully colored. I have not tried it for knitting but bet it works well.

I thoroughly enjoy this yarn. Although it feels rather rough when woven, it is very soft and enjoyable once wet-finished. I highly recommend this yarn. It's colors are slightly tweedish.
