Comments about Maysville 8/4 Cotton Carpet Warp:
I haven't had a chance, yet, to weave with this particular cone of carpet warp. I have used the same brand before though. I love the colors of this carpet warp. Also, I use it as the double drive band on my spinnning wheel. It works great!

Comments about Maysville 8/4 Cotton Carpet Warp:
This is my basic go-to warp for woven rag rugs, and I have used a lot of it from various sources over the years. The quality is consistently good. I have a rug with this warp (brown) that is almost 20 years old and still in daily use. The weft has seen better days, but none of the warp threads has broken.

Best Uses
- Add to wool warp
Comments about Maysville 8/4 Cotton Carpet Warp:
I add 2 strands of this cotton warp, sometimes in different colors, to my Collingwood wool yarn. I make wool rugs. I use this very strong cotton warp in my tapestries. It holds the warp tension very well and the colors end up as the beautiful fringe at the top and bottom of my works.
