Ecommerce Marketing Manager
WEBS – America’s Yarn Store has an immediate opening for an E-Commerce Marketing Manager. The purpose of this position is to build and lead WEBS’ ecommerce marketing activities. The Ecommerce Marketing Manager is responsible for executing the ecommerce marketing strategy for Yarn.com, Websbeads.com and other branded ecommerce sites the company may launch. This is a pivotal role that requires someone with a strong work ethic and previous ecommerce marketing experience.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
Create, input and manage product information on the websites.
Develop cross sells and kits while effectively and quickly adding new products
Manage search engine marketing partners to effectively and efficiently purchase Google Adwords and Yahoo Search Marketing terms within budget.
Ensure site is fully optimized for search engines
Assist with efforts to optimize the site for natural search.
Track and report on key marketing metrics.
Assist with social media & other marketing efforts as needed.
Ensure website and all ecommerce programs are in-synch with overall marketing calendar and strategies.
Study and learn latest trends in ecommerce to recommend and manage site improvements with outside design partners.
Requirements
College degree
Knitting experience
2 years ecommerce marketing experience
Strong project management and organizational skills
Desire to work and grow in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Full Time Packer/Shipper
Previous packing shipping experience is not required for this position but it is a plus.
Job Requirements:
Must have solid basic math skills
Working knowledge of basic computer programs
Excellent attention to detail
Able to work well alone or in a team environment
Must be able to kneel, bend, squat, reach, stretch and lift a minimum of 35lbs.
Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods
Work Hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Some overtime is permitted during certain times of the year. On occasion you may be asked or required to work weekends during special events.
