I have never given a Ghaughan book to another knitter as a gift.I bought one once, but ended up keeping it, and giving something else. there was only one left in my LYS so I had to make a decision.; )

I bought the book to make the cover sweater, but love many of the designs in it -- they are modern classics, with well written patterns that even a relative beginner could follow with a little (moral) support. Well worth the price for the collection!
