Gardiner Yarn Works Stampede PDF

Comments about Gardiner Yarn Works Stampede PDF:

I followed the pattern as written with a dark grey lace-weight thread with silver metalic thread twisted into the yarn. It was yarn I already had on hand. Using a dark color made the project more difficult to see the pattern as I worked, so I needed to back up several times (my fault - not the pattern). Read through the entire pattern before beginning the project, then follow the charts rather than the written directions. Multi-color varagated yarns would probably make the pattern too busy, but variations on a single color should be fine. Since gauge is not really important you may use the pattern to make a variety of wider projects. In a thicker yarn on larger needles with more pattern repeats, this would make a nice afghan.
