Tabitha from Kollage is a sweet empire waist, sleeveless top with a scoop-neck, buttoned bodice and a flared lower section with gorgeous vertical lace panels. The tunic-length bottom is knit in the round to the armholes, then divided for front and back, and the shoulders joined with 3 needle bind-off. Shaping means a flattering fit. Lace and Edging stitches are charted only.
