Comments about 8th Annual Knit & Crochet for the Cure, October 2:

I have been attending this event for the last 4 years or so and look forward to it every year. This is such a rewarding experience that I am trying to share with as many knitters in my life as I can. The refreshments are great, the atmosphere is wonderful, and being able to knit for such a great cause, especially using someone else's yarn, is such a great feeling. I only hope that this year brings back a few more of the traditional yarn colors and pattern options, like the pinks and the hats. The mitts I did last year were nice, but I find that it is easier to get a hat or two done in the time available than it is to do those. Thank you for hosting such an amazing event!
