Have you completed Knitting I? Are you a self-taught knitter who wants to fine-tune your knitting skills so you can move on to more advanced techniques? Are you returning to knitting after a hiatus of a year or more? If the answer to any of the above questions is yes, then Knitting II was made for you! In this class we will review the basics and then concentrate on fixing mistakes, using circular and double-pointed needles, and shaping fabric with increases and decreases. Gauge, as always, takes center stage. Prerequisite: Knitting I, or equivalent Section 3: Instructor: Cynthia Shepard Date: Wednesdays, 7/10, 7/17, 7/24, 7/31, 8/7, 8/14 Time: 10:30am - 12:30pm Materials Required:
• Knitter's Tool Kit
• US Size 7 knitting needles
• Yarn and any additional needles needed for class projects will be purchased during class with the guidance of the instructor.
