Once you have taken the basic Kangaroo Dyer class, take this opportunity to move beyond what you learned, and on to further experimentation with color and fiber. This workshop will allow each student the ability to explore a specific area of interest, to review techniques, or to brainstorm solutions to dyeing issues or project planning confusion. An alpaca farmer may want to target issues dyeing only alpaca while a rug hooker could learn to create mottled strips of wool or yarn. Bring any protein fiber to this workshop and we’ll explore the dyeing possibilities together!
