Join us for a class inspired by the Ribbon Tunic project in Chris White’s book Uniquely Felt. Using Nuno felting techniques, be prepared to be elated as you transform layers of silk, wool roving, ribbon and novelty yarns into
gorgeous flowing fabric. Over the course of the day, you will cover layout, felting, fulling and finishing - creating your own art to wear!

Materials Required:
• 75-150 yds of novelty yarn, ribbon yarn and wool yarn
• 1 oz selection of merino or merino blend roving
• Sheer polyester curtain – approx. 18” x 90”
• Several sponges and plastic grocery bags
• Olive oil bar soap
• Quart size container
• Several towels
• Scissors
• Upholstery needle and thread
• Non-slip shelf liner  – 18” x 60”
• Beads - optional
• Instructor will supply a scarf felting kit and 9”x80” piece of hand-dyed silk for $35.00.  Make checks payable to Nancy Dorian.
