Barbara Elkins is a mostly self-taught weaver who has been weaving for over 40 years and teaching weaving for more than 30 years.  She has started a few hundred weavers on the path to a wonderful passion.  Her weaving interests follow the "what would happen if..." trail.  From time to time, her projects are published in Handwoven Magazine.  Barbara is the founder of WEBS.
