In this introductory class we will explore the fundamentals of how to set up and use a Rigid Heddle Flip Loom. We will learn the basics of the plain weave structure by creating a scarf of either one color or multi colors depending on your yarn choice. The Rigid Heddle Flip Loom can accommodate a warp that is 6 yards in length, and up to 25" in width, which makes it an ideal introductory loom for learning many different weaving techniques. This loom is a great place to start to explore weaving due to its portability, small profile and simple mechanics. Please note that the use of a loom is included in the tuition.
