I love working cables but I don’t love wearing them, so then it became a challenge to design a cabled sweater that I would wear. Mishke is the result: cables done cocoknits’ style, completely askew and seamless.

Yarn: 5 (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) hanks Madelinetosh Tosh DK (100% Superwash Merino Wool, 100g/225yds) color Tart

Alternate Yarn: 5 (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) hanks Malabrigo Rios (100% Superwash Merino, 3.5oz/210yds) color Paris Night

Needles: US 7 (4.50mm) 35" or longer circular; US 7 (4.50mm) DPNs or long circular (if using magic loop technique) for sleeves

Gauge: 18 sts and 25 rows = 4" in stockinette stitch
