I love my Dreamz knitting needles. However, as wonderful as this wood is for knitting, it is terrible for crocheting. The hook snapped right off after the 5th row of my project. This was too expensive for it to break so easily.

I have arthritis in my hands and the metal hooks didnt help so i tried the wood ones. I would definitly recommend them...they keep your hands from getting cold especially in the winter!!

I purchase this product from this website expectig something exciting. The colors are pretty, the wood finish is very smooth enabling the hook to slip through the yarn without snagging. The throat is deep enough to hold a #6 yarn with no problem. However the thumb rest needs to be reworked, It is only on one side not both, it is very shallow and not curved to fit one's thumb pad. I do not recommend this product to people with arthritic hands.
