This shawl is quick and easy. Choose either the knit or crochet version (Instructions for both in one pattern) Use any weight of yarn and work to any desired size.
Knit Versions:
Fingering weight yarn:
Finished Size: 34” long x 78” wide
Yarn: 975 yards fingering weight yarn
Needles: US 8 needles
Gauge: 4 stitches/inch.
Laceweight Yarn:
Finished Size: 35” long x and 80” wide
Yarn: 1200 yards of laceweight yarn
Needles: US 6 needles
Gauge: 5 stitches/inch
Crochet Versions:
Fingering weight yarn:
Finished Size: 44” long x 88” wide
Yarn: 975 yards fingering weight yarn
Hook: 6 mm (J) hook
Gauge: 5 shells to 8 inches
Laceweight yarn:
Finished size: 42” long x 84” wide
Yarn: 1700 yardsof laceweight yarn
Hook: 5 mm (H) hook
Gauge: 5 shells to 6 inches

I have not yet had the chance to use the pattern, but I am looking forward to it. If the care that was taken to ensure I received the instructions in good condition is any indication, the pattern should be fantastic.
