Website Coordinator
WEBS – America’s Yarn Store is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Website Coordinator. This is a full-time position. This person will handle a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Adding content to our website including new products, downloadable patterns, etc.
• Writing descriptions for new products
• Creating and uploading images for books, patterns, and magazines
• Updating WEBS Google calendar with classes and events
• Executing assorted other tasks and projects as assigned.

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Desire to work and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with PC based applications
• Knitting experience (required)

This person should also be obsessively detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks concurrently and have a strong work ethic. We have a fun but very fast-paced environment.

Customer Service Associate
This is a full time position including alternating Saturdays. Hours are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.

WEBS - America's Yarns Store is seeking a highly motivated person with a great attitude to work in our customer service department.

Responsibilities include answering customer calls and emails, processing returns, resolving order issues and a variety of administrative duties. The ability to multitask well is a must for this fast paced position.

Must have excellent phone and computer skills. A positive attitude and knitting and or weaving experience needed.
