Part Time Customer Service
WEBS, America's Yarn Store is looking for one outstanding individual to add to our Customer Service Team. Work days are Monday, Friday and every 3rd Saturday. 9:30 - 5:30. Our customer service team answers phone calls and knitting questions, takes orders, assists customers with yarn gauge requirements for their patterns and handles general customer service inquiries.

Job requirements and duties include but are not limited to:

• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to read and understand knitting patterns and to assist customers with their knitting questions over the phone
• General knowledge of the fiber arts
• Strong background in customer service
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time
• Pleasant phone voice and demeanor
• Desire to work as part of a team

Full Time Order Packer/Shipper Needed Immediately
WEBS, America's Yarn Store is getting ready for the holiday rush and in need of an extra order packer and shipper.

Job Requirements include but are no limited to:
*Responsible for packing orders, entering correct weights in our computer shipping system, and printing shipping labels.
*Basic math and computer skills.
*Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
*Able to squat, kneel, lift, stretch, lean, bend, reach and climb ladders.
*Responsible and punctual.
*Use of mechanical winders to measure out correct weights of coned yarns for orders.
*Enjoy functioning as part of a team, but also work independently.
