Juju's Loops has gorgeous patterns from Juju Vail and Susan Cropper of Loop, London including lace shawls and wraps, fingerless gloves, scarves, shrugs, cowls, a baby sweater, toy, blanket, hat and swing sweater. These patterns are fun to knit and make delightful gifts. All patterns are both written and charted.
I bought this book to make the Brown-Eye Susan shawl. I'm almost finished the shawl and I love it. The first time I looked through the book, I loved every design in it and still do. I could make them all. There are also photographs of shawls and shrugs that aren't in the book, but are online, at least one for free. The book itself is beautifully done, with charming photographs. It is a stiff cover paperback with the abbreviations on fold-ins on the covers, so they are readily at hand. The binding is tight and I did have trouble getting a good working copy of my pattern. That's the only bad thing I can say about it.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
