This fiber has glorious color and was very well prepped for spinning, needed a minimum of predrafting to loosen it. Very smooth. Made lovely sock weight yarn, high yardage.

This is great fiber for spinning! I've spun a gorgeous single that I will combine with a solid cone of Tencel and make a scarf on my loom. Lovely fiber!

This is not a fiber for a beginner spinner. Because of the nice, tight crimp and short staple, it requires an experienced hand to spin and control. An intermediate spinner will find the challenge of spinning this fiber a delight. Available in drool-inducing colors-I want one of each!! So soft and cuddly-you just want to walk around petting the 4 oz rope before you spin it up.
Some areas of darker dyed fiber in the rope that I purchased were a bit "crusty" (the dye itself?) but washed out when I set the yarn. It will relax and "bloom" somewhat when set.

Fiber was used to spin yarn at an outdoor demonstration of fiber arts. The lovely variations in color were consistently spaced, making a yarn that will be easy to design with. The very light weight fiber made it hard to hold onto in the stiff breeze, (my issue).
