Knitter's Pride Dreamz Special Interchangeable Circular Set includes US 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 short tips. These special tips measure 16" from tip to tip when assembled with the cord. I have other 16 inch circulars, but the length of the needle tips were too short, so my hands always would hurt after using them. Not so with this set. The needle tips fit my hands nicely so I do not experience any of the pain. Also, the needles are beautifully made and a pleasure to use. The tips are sharp enough to pick up the yarn nicely, but not too sharp. If you were on the fence, jump off and get these. They are great. (and the case is pretty sweet too).

This set is ideal for hat knitting, quickly and without the hand fatigue I was getting from my usual needles. I've also found them great for knitting scarves flat, since the cord supports the weight of the work and they are easy to flip around. I find them comfortable to use, even though I have very long fingers and usually don't like short needle tips. The cord is nice and flexible, stitches flow easily in the round with no hang up at the join. These are much faster than bamboo needles, and the joins don't loosen during knitting. Case fits neatly in a pocket of my regular circular needle case, so I can keep them at the ready and organized. Very pleased! One temporary con: the clear plastic smells fume-y at first, but this clears in a day or two.

I have used it for hats so far, but I can see how these would be great for similar circular knitted items like sleeves. I also use my circulars to do straight knitting and these are compact and nice quality.

Im fairly new to knitting, but have made scarves, hats, fingerless gloves,and my first sweater! Tighten the screws and you are set. Havent had any instances of the needles coming apart. Wont knit with anything else!

I just finished my first project, a baby hat that I knit with two 16" circulars. I love that the tips are different colors, so I could pick up the correct working needle. The needles are slick, not at all grabby like bamboo and the joins are smooth and secure. I love these needles!

I use interchangeable circular needles almost all the time. In order to knit a hat or neckline, I was using magic loop. With these shorter needles and cable, I can knit around the circle more quickly and comfortably. I love them, and I love the colors too.
