Knitter's Pride Karbonz 8" Double Pointed Needles have the spectacular flex and tensile strength of carbon fiber, the same material used in aerospace engineering, with a smooth, warm feel that's easy on the hands. These lightweight carbon needles have shiny, smooth, nickel-plated brass tips, flawlessly tapered to a perfect point. Comments about Knitter's Pride Karbonz Double Pointed Needles 8":

I love these needles. I needed some pretty skinny dpns (1.5mm & 1.75mm) and these ones flex without me being worried that they will break. The pointy metal tips help ensure that I'm getting the tiny stitches and the warm flexible body of the needle doesn't cause any issues for my hands.

      I love these needles!

Comments about Knitter's Pride Karbonz Double Pointed Needles 8":

I received these as a gift and have fallen in love with them. They are warm to the touch and smooth. Stitches glide easily over the surface but have enough grip to hold the needle in place. My favorite part though are the "very" pointed tips, I get frusted with the duller tips on some dp needles. These are definitely a delight to use. I think I try to get all the sizes in the 6" dps.

Comments about Knitter's Pride Karbonz Double Pointed Needles 8":

These are very comfortable and not too slippery. I like the dull finish since shiny finishes are hard on my eyes. I choose them primarily because of the length--most smaller needles seem to be 6 or 7 inches.

Comments about Knitter's Pride Karbonz Double Pointed Needles 8":

I love these new Karbonz needles. I bought my favorite sock size first. They are smooth and warm and are fast to knit with. The tips are metal and the shaft is carbon fiber. The size is marked on each needle in both US and metric. The steel tips glides through the knitting but the carbon fiber has just enough grip to keep it from sliding off.
