This was my first set of interchangeable needles, so I wasn't too sure what to expect. I'm here to say I am VERY pleased! The cable is easy to attach to the needle and the cable stays put - no falling off in the middle of a project! The needles are silky smooth and just beautiful to look at. When I knit, it feels like I'm knitting through melted butter. No drag on the needles and the yarn flows freely over the area where the cable and needle join. I couldn't be happier with this product.

I bought these needles in leiu of another nickle plated brand because they were cheaper. I'm so glad I did because these are good quality needles. I don't see how another company could make them any better. The needles and joins are smooth and don't snag the yarn. They are very light weight and comfortable to use. Once I started knitting with them I didn't want to go back to using straights. I simply love them. These Nova needles were the best Christmas present I ever bought myself!

I love the sleek finish and smooth use of the needles, and especially the joins. Normally I hate having to shove the stitches over the join to get them onto the needle, but there is no drag with these. The cords are extremely flexible as well (think thin leather necklace cord, although I don't know what the material is) and don't get all twisted as plastic cords do.I also like the case, and the needle tags. I'm guilty of moving on to other projects and like to be able to cap the cable and tag the needle size so I don't have such a steep re-startup curve when I come back to a project.The single pointed set and the dpns are now on my Christmas wish list!The only thing that surprised me is that connectors are not included in the set. It's such a logical add on, especially if you like seamless top down knitting--just connect another cord to make it big enough to go over your head and you don't have to put the stitches on waste yarn to try on. They sell for only abou $1.85, so it seems like for a couple of dollars more, most knitters would like those included. RE; this issue, read my service comments.

Service and delivery comments:

Delivery was prompt and in good condition. But more impressive was the response I got (I think from Don? Steve?) when I, like a spoiled brat in a snit, fired off a whiny email when I got to a point in a sweater where I wanted to try it on, dug into the needle set case and couldn't find any connectors. I got a response the next day, explaining that I could order them separately, and when I wrote a sheepish note apologizing for my little outburst, and mentioning that I had ordered 2 sets of connectors online, I got another email letting me know that an additional set was going to be included in my order. And it was! Very nice!

I purchased the set of Nova interchangables about a month ago. Thus far I'm very happy with them. I like pointy, metal needles with flexible cords and the Nova's hit all of those points. Even if I'm working flat, stiff cords annoy me. These are nice and flexible, without being limp and floppy. For magic loop these are a dream to work with.

The joins are nice and smooth. Be sure to use the little "key" to tighten the tips when connecting.

Service and delivery comments:

Webs customer service was fantastic. I placed my order late Thursday night (or early Friday morning depending on your point of view). I forgot one item on my order and called Friday morning during business hours to see if it would be possible to add it. The man I spoke to was polite and helpful and helped me complete my order. My package went out Friday afternoon and because I live less than an hour away in Connecticut, it arrived in Saturday's mail! Everything was packaged well and arrived in great condition.
