I knit socks for my husband and two son-in-laws each Christmas. So far I've done 2 pair this year using Cascade Heritage Paints 150, colorway Olympic Forest. In the first pair there was some pooling, but the colorway was so well designed and dyed that it was very harmonious. The quality was very good with consistent strength and size. Every time I took my knitting out to work on, my friends commented on the great looking yarn. Pleasure to knit.

I've used this single-strand for socks, as well as double-strand, and also as the accent heel & toe (solids) to a ragg wool sock. Interestingly this yarn on the heel & toe wore better than the (other mfr's) ragg wool yarn. The colors are simply awesome.
