I agree this knits up more like a bulky or aran-not super bulky. I knit a baby hat on 10's and it turned out great in a multi denim color. I am now using it for socks using a size 5 needles and it makes a nice dense fabric. The mukti hued colors are really pretty-I do have a pastel pink and the color is a little flat, but will look great combined with one of the multis I have. At full retail price the yarn isn't woth it-but at closeout prices it's a great deal!

this yarn is not super bulky, not even not knit. It's like a spongy fluff of wool wrapped with a nylon 'stocking' around it so it only feels like acrylic and the 'stocking' part snags, and bunches up the yarn. The stitches you get with it are all out of shape and the color with that darker stocking outside makes it look well, dirty?.. like you knit it with filthy fingers or something. Even at the 3$ this is a rip off..YUCK the rest of this stuff goes right back. hmm cant give zero stars it seems

Comments about Cascade Yarns Bollicine Revolution:

When I first received this yarn, I wasn't impressed. The texture and appearance reminds me of a cheap polar fleece. The thing is I decided to knit it up into a sweater and donate it to a raffle. When I finished, I really liked the sweater and wished that I had made it in my size. I would actually like to purchase more if they had the correct color. I didn't find it difficult to work with at all and went reasonably fast. I think it's well worth the money.

Ghastly! If you think you're gonna get some thing that feels like 90% mrino 10% nlon you are very mistaken it is WRAPPED in the nylon. WHY what purpose? to prevent the shedding of the single ply (more just a puff really) inside? No. im sure not... it was to be CHEAP to be able to put in just the tiniest bit of wool and not have to spin it. bad bad ideas

    Totally dis-satisfied!

Comments about Cascade Yarns Bollicine Revolution:

I bought the chartreuse and it's a flat color; the yarn pulls apart when sewing seams with it. Not sure what to do with it as the sweater I made doesn't lay right at all. Very disappointed in the yarn, the price, and the time spent using it.

Ordered 5 skeins of Chartreuse, but surprised that the picture is so different than the actual color. Not really impressed.

This yarn is super bulky, but knits down really tight, creating a firm, but stretchy cloth. It's perfect for headbands and hats. The coral color is perfect.

    Very Strange

Comments about Cascade Yarns Bollicine Revolution:

This yarn is so light weight and strange feeling, I'm not even sure what to do with it. I bought it to make an afghan, but it doesn't seem to lend itself to that. Which leaves me with the question, what does it lend itself to? I don't know! It is not the kind of stuff that you say, "This would make a great _________" I really don't know what to do with all of this stuff.

I was hoping this would be softer but it seems to be wrapped in some kind of fiber. It is next to the skin soft but just not as soft as I was hoping for like a true wool. It is very light.

    Think Polar Fleece

Comments about Cascade Yarns Bollicine Revolution:

It's really light, and I think the wool is wrapped with the acrylic coat, so it's not itchy, but doesn't feel like wool. I've used it for people who prefer polar fleece.
