This yarn is dyed beautifully. The angora is JUST enough to add a halo effect, be super soft and not shed at all. The more i wear it the softer it gets. I wish I could afford a sweater out of this...might have to start saving!

Oh-so-soft, Fresco is my to-go-for yarn. It has a slight halo that gets better with time, but does not shed. Even with the angora it doesn't have a problem ripping out to fix mistakes, and even hides slight ones.
The only "con" with fresco is the weight, which makes it a little harder to find patterns with an accomodating guage.(sweaters mostly) But I have found fresco is a slightly loftier sportweight, and can be knit as loose as 22sts/4". Or 20sts/4" if you don't mind it being somewhat lacy and drapy.

Completed Dale of Norway colorwork pattern sweater! Superb yarn for colorwork. Perfect, even stitches show off pattern, supersoft angora/alpaca blend creates a soft halo and heirloom quality result. This yarn will be one I knit with again, and again. I highly recommend this yarn. I used the Saxony Blue/Regatta/White and the colors blended perfectly together.
