I used this yarn to knit a blanket for
my greatgrandniece. It knit up beautifully
and was a pleasure to handle.

I have knit several scarves with this yarn since everyone who has seen my first scarf wanted one too!
It is soft and warm and the colors are great.

Comments about Classic Elite Yarns Inca Alpaca:
I've made two capelets and a sweater from this beautiful yarn, and have 28 skeins left...I've stockpiled it! Beautiful hand, lovely coloring, very lightweight yet warm. I'm an intermediate (but slow) knitter, and this is the most beautiful and versatile yarn I've ever used. Am planning another sweater from it now....

Comments about Classic Elite Yarns Inca Alpaca:
This yarn has a wonderful heathered look with a soft halo. A sweater that I knit with it exhibits almost no pilling after countless wears. It is important to swatch carefully and to wash the swatch, because alpaca is prone to stretching. I would use this yarn for sweaters and gloves, but would find it a touch too scratchy for scarves. Will definitely purchase it again!

Comments about Classic Elite Yarns Inca Alpaca:
Nice to work with, very pretty colors, but this yarn is really scratchy, and felts with even the gentlest of washing. I find it hard to believe it's really 100% apaca.
