Stacy Charles Fine Yarns Ziggy

This is one of the truly fun, inventive new novelty yarns of this season. Ziggy is a two track railroad with a multi-colored roadway zig-zagging between the rails. The road has a soft filler that adds stability. The result is a funky knit fabric, plus it makes some of the most awesome fringe weve seen in awhile. Made in Italy.

    Comments about S.Charles Collezione Ziggy:

I generally do not like novelty yarns. But I took a chance on this one for some reason, and am really glad I did. It knits up (garter stitch) into plush fabric with loads of texture and a lovely mix of colors. I was afraid the yarn would split or be hard to manage but it was very well behaved. I made a scarf as the first project, and I am back for more to make a very simple vest.
