          good yarn but weirdly rolled

          Comments about SMC Dream:

I loved the yarn- it made a really nice fuzzy sweater without the shedding.Great saturated colours too.
The weird thing about the yarn (for me) was that it was really hard to unwind the yarn without creating a mess of confusion, knots and tangles. I bought lots (too much actually) so when I tossed out the first tangled ball I chalked it up to my stupidness but then it happened on a second ball. that was 2 balls out of 10...I'd use it again but..

          softest yarn

          By Kim, newbie knitter

          Comments about SMC Dream:

This yarn is lovely and soft and warm, I have used it as a knit lining in a wool cap for extra warmth but mostly to keep from getting itchy ears. It knits easy without splitting or dragging and I used needles two sizes smaller than called for on the yarn ball and pattern, but the 1x1 ribbing never pulled in nicely, but it won't be seen inside the hat, so I let it be, otherwise this is highly recommended

          Comments about SMC Dream:

I bought this to use for the fluffy clouds in a blanket I am knitting, and it is perfect. The white is bright, with lots of visual interest between the fluffiness and the shine. I am using it doubled as it is lightweight. I have had NO trouble with it at all. Truly a dream to work with.

          Soft but Not Great Quality

          • Breaks In Every Skein

          Best Uses

            Comments about SMC Dream:

I bought quite a bit of this yarn for afghans. I really like that it is washable, the bright colors and the softness. But every skein I have used so far has had a break in it that is tied together. This could cause a problem if you are looking to make a garment. But even for an afghan, with the short yardage in these skeins, this flaw occurs more frequently than I would like.
