Comments about Classic Elite Yarns Kumara Discontinued Colors:
Kumara has to be one of the softest yarns I've ever knit with. The sweater coat I'm knitting called for this yarn, and I found it in a discontinued color I love; so, I decided to buy the yarn and try it out. My only complaint is it tends to split, so it requires attention while working with it. The stitch definition is amazing, and the fabric is incredibly soft...I can't stop touching it! I would definitely buy this yarn again.

Comments about Classic Elite Yarns Kumara Discontinued Colors:
I knit a sweater and hat set. This is a terrific yarn for LOTS OF CABLES, which is what I used it for, it is light and soft so if you want heavy weight not the yarn for the project, but it is beautiful, the sweater is lovely, tons of cables with a rolled neck. I think the gauge is a little generous and actually more a DK/sport weight a few flubs in the yarn but give it more interest. This yarn is a great deal and at this price a definite add to the stash. I ordered 2 bags in the lichen, which is a beautiful color, very soft green.

Comments about Classic Elite Yarns Kumara Discontinued Colors:
I bought this to make an aran cardigan, it has great stitch definition and the cables are looking great. It so super soft you could use it for baby sweaters. My only complaint is that the plies have broken once or twice and I needed to knot them back together.

Comments about Classic Elite Yarns Kumara Discontinued Colors:
I knitted the Diamond Cap ( which took a bit more than 1 skein) and ordered more yarn for a scarf to accompany it. The stitch definition is good , with a lacy cable patterning and trellis stitch included in my scarf design.
I encountered only 1knot in 4skeins , which was a plus.
Service from Webs was fast and reliable , especially on my re-order of this yarn, with no problem matching the dye lot from my previous order.

I absolutely love the feel of this yarn. I have made hats using Kumara (Mars Red) and found the design in the pattern showed up beautifully. This yarn would make stunning scarves!
