I have used this yarn in the past, and enjoyed knitting with it. Unfortunately I didn't keep the packing - the yarn looked fine when I took it out of the package. However several weeks later, when I went to wind it into a skein, I realized that this yarn was so badly felted it was impossible to wind, let alone knit with. I still have this yarn, but have no address to return it to.
