I was hoping that it would be softer than it is. It looks really soft because of the drape in the pictures. On the other hand, it's not harsh either. It's somewhere in the medium soft range. I am going to make a thin scarf with it, which is why I was hoping it would be softer because my skin is sensitive.
With that said, I find the texture is very interesting. I like it a lot. It's very unique.
The yarn feels like it's smaller than worsted weight. Or else just on the small side of the worsted weight category.
