THIS YARN WAS RECOMMENDED TO BE USED WITH A HAT PATTERN. IT KNITTED UP SO WELL MY DAUGHTER GRABBED THE ONES I HAD MADE FOR CHRISTMAS. SHE SOLD THEM FOR ME IN ONE DAY. THE YARN HAS A SOFT FEEL. THE "TWEED" MAKES A SIMPLE PATTERN LOOK MORE "MODERN" OR "CHIC". I REALLY HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.
